Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JM.Label GmbH) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email to info@chiomi-label.com. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returns within Germany must be covered by the buyer. Please address your return to:
JM Label GmbH, Belgradstr. 16, 80796 Munich, Germany.
We do not accept returns of items that have been washed, worn, or had their tags removed.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
